Purpose

This application is for Armenian organizations seeking to employ or contract an international professional relocating to Armenia under the Keron Foundation Talent Pool Program for long-term engagement (minimum 5 years).

  • Legally registered and operating in Armenia
  • Active in one or more of the following strategic areas:
    • Culture
    • Education
    • Healthcare
    • Sports
    • Territorial / Regional Development
  • Ability to engage a Talent Pool participant exclusively through employment or service contract
  • Willingness to co-finance the talent’s remuneration
  • Commitment to long-term institutional and ecosystem impact
