Talent Pool Program
At Keron Foundation, we believe in the transformative power of people. Our primary goal is to attract top-tier global talents from various countries in the foundation’s 5 strategic fields to contribute to the development of Armenia. The 5 strategic fields are Education, Healthcare, Sports, Culture, and Territorial Development.
Through the Talent Pool program, we aim to create a community of proactive and skilled individuals who choose Armenia as a place to live, work, and create – driving innovation and development across the country.

Why Talent Pool program
The Talent Pool is Keron Foundation’s long-term response to Armenia’s structural challenges and opportunities: demographic change, skills gaps, and the need for globally connected, value-driven professionals.
We work across the full talent journey: from identification and relocation to integration, contribution, and long-term impact. The program is built on the belief that meaningful change happens with people and through people, when global expertise is embedded locally and allowed to take root.
What We Mean by Top-Tier Global Talent
A top-tier global talent is someone whose excellence is internationally proven, whose thinking shapes practice, and whose presence strengthens people and institutions beyond themselves. We have already attracted 13 professionals from the United States, France, Estonia, Spain, Russia, United Kingdom, Venezuela and Poland who are now living and contributing their expertise to Armenia’s different fields. Building on this success, the foundation plans to expand the program next year, engaging even more professionals from a wider range of countries and sectors.
The Talent Pool program is not only about bringing professionals to Armenia. It is about creating the conditions for them to stay, integrate, contribute, and grow together with the country. They do not simply arrive, contribute, and leave. They leave fingerprints, not just footprints.
Keron foundation is a member of Worldwide ERC®. WERC is the premier professional association and convening hub for the diverse ecosystem that powers global talent mobility. This membership strengthens the Foundation’s access to international knowledge, professional standards, and global networks in the field of talent mobility.
