Revitalization of the AOKS building

Situated at 3 Abovyan Street, the AOKS Building, is an early 20th-century architectural monument in Yerevan. This exceptional building remains one of the finest structures in Yerevan and is renowned for its distinctive design and cultural significance.

One of the key goals of the Keron Development Foundation is to preserve Armenia’s historical and cultural heritage while simultaneously promoting innovative and creative progress. In collaboration with Z&A LLC and Maison Marom, the foundation is launching an initiative to transform and rejuvenate one of Yerevan’s oldest and most unique buildings.

The project aims to preserve the building’s historical and cultural value while incorporating innovative solutions to create spaces for art exhibitions, fashion showrooms, and creative workshops.

The Keron foundation aims to create modern space for art exhibitions, establish a platform for showcasing the best examples of global and Armenian art, which will contribute to the development of Yerevan’s cultural life, as well as attract visitors, artists, and designers from around the world.
