Keron development foundation and Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs partner to strengthen Diaspora engagement through iGorts program

The final collaboration of the Keron Development Foundation this year was the signing of a memorandum with the RA Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, which will pave the way for new initiatives.

The Memorandum, signed by Zareh Sinanyan, High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, and Vanane Ararktsyan, Keron Development Foundation Executive Director, sets the stage for a collaborative effort to integrate Diaspora Armenian specialists into Armenia’s state administration system through the iGorts program.

The solemn signing ceremony underscored the shared vision of the Office and the Foundation to mobilize the professional potential of the Armenian Diaspora for the country’s development.
“This Memorandum is a demonstration of the common vision of the Office and the Foundation,” said Zareh Sinanyan. “It reflects our commitment to strengthening cooperation within the framework of the iGorts program, creating new opportunities to engage Diaspora specialists in Armenia’s progress.”
Echoing this sentiment, Vanane Ararktsyan, Executive Director of the Keron Development Foundation, emphasized the Foundation’s ongoing dedication to attracting top talent to Armenia.
“We are glad to cooperate with the iGorts program, as it aligns perfectly with our mission to bring the best specialists to Armenia and actively contribute to the nation’s advancement,” stated Vanane Ararktsyan.
The partnership has already yielded promising initiatives. This year, as part of its flagship “Talent Pool” project and in collaboration with the “iGorts” program, the foundation invited New York-based musician, composer, and producer Tatev Yeghiazaryan to Armenia. She now resides in Armenia and shares her expertise to support the State Symphony Orchestra.
