Keron Development Foundation announces the partnership with the Museum of Russian Art
The Keron Development Foundation, also renowned for its dedication to preserving cultural heritage and promoting Armenian culture, proudly announces a new collaboration with the Museum of Russian Art in Yerevan. This partnership, launched in 2024, aims to elevate the museum’s profile and boost public interest in its exceptional collection.
Established in 1980, the Museum of Russian Art is built upon the personal collection of the esteemed doctor, Professor Aram Abramyan. The museum displays works from the Silver Age of Russian culture, a period celebrated as the Russian “cultural Renaissance.” This year marks the museum’s 40th anniversary and the 125th anniversary of Professor Abramyan’s birth, making the collaboration particularly significant.
Keron Development Foundation is committed to preserving Armenia’s cultural treasures and ensuring they continue to inspire future generations.
As part of this mission, the foundation has introduced two exciting initiatives:
- Musical Fridays: Every Friday evening at 20:00, live classical and contemporary music performances are held in front of the museum, creating a vibrant cultural atmosphere in Yerevan. These performances aim to celebrate the rich musical heritage of the region.
- Creative Saturdays: Every Saturday at 11:00, outdoor master classes for children are conducted in front of the museum. These sessions encourage artistic engagement among the younger generation, fostering a love for the arts and creative expression.
Through these initiatives, the Keron Development Foundation ensures that the Museum of Russian Art remains a dynamic and integral part of Armenia’s cultural landscape․
