“Musical Metro” Project came to an end
The final concert of the “Musical Metro” project was marked by a special collaboration between Public Television and the Keron Development Foundation, featuring a live performance by Armenia’s representative for Eurovision 2025 -Parg.
On April 22, the Yeritasardakan metro station was once again filled with people. Visitors and Parg’s fans welcomed the singer with warmth and enthusiasm, singing along and energizing the event with their excitement.
“When we were thinking about the format of a concert to send off Parg to Eurovision, we realized that organizing it with the Keron Foundation would be the best option. This format, where he could interact directly with fans and perform for them, turned out to be ideal for both the public and for Parg himself,” said Lusine Torosyan, Head of Public Relations and Digital Communication at Public Television.
The “Musical Metro” project, implemented in cooperation with the Keron Development Foundation and Yerevan Metro, began on January 9. Every Thursday, the Yeritasardakan station hosted small-format live music performances featuring various musicians.
The goal of the program was to enrich the urban atmosphere, promote cultural initiatives in Yerevan’s public spaces, and support the discovery of young talented musicians by offering them a free performance platform.
The Foundation received over 100 applications from different music groups. In total, 16 concerts were held, including a surprise performance in collaboration with Aram MP3.
