Open Call for AybPRO project-based learning program club mentors

The Keron Development Foundation, in collaboration with the Ayb Educational Foundation and Dilijan Municipality, is launching the AybPRO project-based learning program at Dilijan High School.

AybPRO is an innovative educational model built on the “learning by doing” approach. It helps students acquire new skills, discover their interests, and even navigate their future career choices. The program was originally introduced at Ayb School in 2015 and has been successfully implemented in Yerevan. Now, thanks to the initiative of the Keron Development Foundation, it will be available to Dilijan High School students, giving them the opportunity to gain academic knowledge alongside personal and collaborative skills.

We are announcing an open call for club mentors to help deliver this program. We’re looking for professionals from any field who have innovative and interesting ideas, project implementation experience, and a passion for working with youth. Candidates should be ready to mentor high school students and bring their expertise to improving education in Armenia’s regions.

The selected club mentors will work with 11th and 12th-grade students at Dilijan High School to develop and implement projects addressing key community challenges. They will also guide the formation of new AybPRO clubs and mentor their members.
