RULES FOR THE FRENCH OPEN TENNIS TOURNAMENT GIVEAWAY PARTICIPATION

The Keron Development Foundation (TIN: 02907265, Address: 38 Pushkin St., Yerevan 0002, Armenia), acting in accordance with its charter and the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Foundations,” is organizing a giveaway for participation in the French Open tennis tournament under the following terms:

1. Definitions

1.1. The following definitions apply throughout these rules:

(i) “Giveaway” means the random drawing for participation in the French Open tennis tournament held in France.

(ii) “Organizer” refers to the Keron Development Foundation (TIN: 02907265, Address: 38 Pushkin St., Yerevan 0002).

(iii) “Rules” refers to this document outlining the French Open 2025 Giveaway terms and conditions.

(iv) “Participant” means any individual who meets the eligibility criteria and submits a valid application.

(v) “Winner” refers to the participant selected through an automated random drawing system.

2. Eligibility and Participation

2.1. People aged 18 and older may participate, provided they meet all the following criteria:

(i) Have a valid Schengen visa valid until at least May 28, 2025.
(ii) Follow @keronfoundation, @flyone, and @levontravel on Instagram.

2.2. To participate in the giveaway, it is necessary to submit the application form no later than May 1, 2025 (inclusive) via the following link: https://keronfoundation.am/roland-garros-2025/, filling in all required fields. Once the application is submitted, each Participant will be assigned a unique identification number.

2.3. Applications are accepted until May 1, 2025 inclusive.

2.4. By applying, Participants confirm they meet all eligibility criteria of the giveaway.

2.5. Each individual may submit only 1 (one) entry.

2.6. Employees of the Organizer, their family members, and individuals directly involved in organizing the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

2.7. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or provides false/inaccurate information.

3. Winner Selection and Prize

3.1. The winner will be selected using an automated random drawing system.

3.2. The drawing will take place between May 1–5, 2025.

3.3. The winner’s name will be announced on the Organizer’s official Instagram account (@keronfoundation).

3.4. The Organizer will contact the winner using the details provided in the application, and the Winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 2 (two) business days.

3.5. To confirm acceptance, the Winner must provide:

(i) Full name

(ii) Date of birth

(iii) Valid passport with a Schengen visa valid until at least May 28, 2025

(iv) Written confirmation of prize acceptance

3.6. The prize must be accepted in full. Partial acceptance will be considered a refusal unless otherwise agreed upon with the Organizer.

3.7. The Giveaway results will be finalized by May 5, 2025, after the Winner is identified.

3.8. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 1 (one) business day, refuses the prize, or is later found ineligible, the results will be voided, and a new drawing will be held within 3 (three) business days.

3.9. The prize provided by the Organizer and the Organizer’s partners within the framework of the Giveaway includes the following:

(i) 2 (two) tickets for the French Open tennis tournament one match for the period from May 25, 2025 to May 26, 2025,

(ii) Two round-trip tickets Yerevan–Paris–Yerevan (departure: May 24, return: May 27)

(iii) 3 (three) nights hotel accommodation in Paris for 2 (two) people in a double room

(iv) A meeting with Elina Avanesyan during the tournament

3.10. By accepting the prize, the Winner undertakes to:

(i) Participate in media interviews, publications, or public events organized by the Organizer

(ii) Share photos/videos on social media from the tournament

(iii) Provide feedback after the trip

3.11. The Winner grants the Organizer irrevocable permission to use their name, image, interviews, photos, and videos for promotional purposes.

3.12. Giveaway results are final and not subject to appeal.

3.13. The winner is solely responsible for possessing the required travel documents. The Organizer is not liable for inability to use the prize due to lack of documentation or entry denial.

3.14. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

3.15. The Winner undertakes to return to the Republic of Armenia on the date indicated on the return ticket. While using the prize, the Winner is obliged to maintain the Schengen visa regime. The Organizer is not responsible if the Winner violates the entry/visa conditions, fails to return to the Republic of Armenia or the actions may result in legal consequences or liability, including visa cancellation, entry ban, or administrative liability.

3.16. The Organizer and its partners are not responsible for any problems that may arise during the use of the prize, including travel delays, cancellations, restrictions imposed by third parties, which are beyond the Organizer’s control.

4. Consent to participation and data processing

4.1. By submitting an application, the Participant agrees to these Rules.

4.2. These Rules are public and are available throughout the entire duration of the Draw on the Organizer’s official website: www.keronfoundation.am, the link to which will also be posted on the Organizer’s Instagram page.

4.3. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally make changes to the Rules. The amended version of the Rules is immediately available to the Participant on the Organizer’s official website: www.keronfoundation.am.

4.4. Changes to the Rules are considered agreed upon with the Participant if the latter does not terminate his/her participation in the Giveaway.

4.5. By submitting an application for participation, the Participant gives the Organizer consent to the collection, processing and use of his/her personal data within the framework of the Giveaway. The Organizer undertakes to collect, process and use personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

4.6. The Participant has the right to terminate his/her participation in the Giveaway at any time by sending an email to info@keronfoundation.am.
