Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Willingness to live and work in Armenia for a minimum of 5 years
  • Professional background aligned with one or more of Keron Foundation’s strategic directions:
    • Culture
    • Education
    • Healthcare
    • Sports
    • Territorial Development
  • Readiness to be hosted by, or matched with, a relevant Armenian organization or institution
  • Commitment to long-term ecosystem contribution
  • Readiness to actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the broader Armenian ecosystem
     (including educational institutions, professional communities, sectoral initiatives, mentoring, and public knowledge-sharing activities)
