Since 2008, Juan Pardo has been principal trombonist in a number of Mexican orchestras. In 2018, further expanding his international presence he was appointed as the principal trombonist of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia. As a trombonist, Juan has performed under the baton of world-renowned conductors, including Eduard Topchyan. In love with music, Pardo has performed as a soloist at international festivals across the United States, Europe, China, Mexico, and South Korea, and in numerous ensembles as well. Beyond performing, Juan lectured at Mexico University, and later started a collaboration with the Brass Academy. An official artist of the renowned brass instrument maker S.E. Shires Company, Pardo partners with the Keron Development Foundation to promote music education and cultural development in Armenia, inspiring new generations to engage with and appreciate the art form.
